Horizon Foot & Ankle Institute is a participating Medicare provider and accepts most insurance plans to make your care as seamless as possible. We will submit your claims and assist you in any way we can to help ensure they are processed and paid correctly. For patients without foot doctor insurance, full payment will be required at each visit, and any co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles must also be paid at the time services are received.
